Selena Gomez Wows in a Sheer Look and Bra for Date Night With Benny Blanco
The engaged couple stepped out for a loved-up outing ahead of their collaborative album.
Selena Gomez left little to the imagination in New York City while having date night on Wednesday with her fiancé, Benny Blanco.
The Rare Beauty founder embraced the ever-present sheer trend as she stepped out in a see-through brown turtleneck, which revealed a nude bra beneath that seems to be by Victoria's Secret, evident in the metallic "V" shining through her top. She threw a brown leather bomber over the look and leaned into the straight-leg denim trend, a favorite among A-listers lately. Likely styled by her longtime collaborator Erin Walsh, she completed the look with mauve-hued pointed-toe heels, gold hoop earrings, and a small black handbag.
Before heading to their date, Gomez and Blanco made a surprise appearance at a re-release screening of her 2012 film Spring Breakers. The two crashed the event to debut their new song, “Bluest Flame,” just a day before its official release. The track is part of their upcoming collaborative album, I Said I Love You First, which drops on March 21. Last month, they introduced the project with its lead single, “Call Me When You Break.”
Gomez’s latest public outing comes at the same time a seven-part TikTok series dissecting her rumored feud with Hailey Bieber continues to go viral. The drama, which traces back nearly a decade, stems from her past relationship with Justin Bieber and the whirlwind timeline of his marriage to Hailey. Many of the videos claim Hailey obsessed and obsesses over Gomez to this day, allegedly copying her every move. A representative for Bieber quickly dismissed the claims in a statement to Page Six, calling the series "a fabricated story from a content creator looking to capitalize on an old, tired narrative."
