Brat artist Charli XCX is hitting the big screen in a major way, with seven upcoming films on the horizon.

Professional party girl and artist Charli XCX is making the leap from the stage to the screen, with seven films on the horizon &mdash; several already booked for major film festival debuts. Known for her bold music, visually inventive videos, and boundary-pushing persona, the pop icon is ready to show audiences a new side of her artistry as actor, director, and writer.

<h2>100 Nights of Hero</h2>

Written and directed by Julia Jackman, 100 Nights of Hero is a historical feminist fantasy based on Isabel Greenberg&rsquo;s graphic novel. The film stars Nicholas Galitzine, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/emma-corrin-nosferatu-press-tour-looks-braless-mcqueen-dress">Emma Corrin</a>, Maika Monroe, Richard E. Grant, and Felicity Jones and is set to premiere at Venice Critics Week, between August 27th and September 6th.

Pete Oh&rsquo;s Erupcja, written by Charli XCX and Jeremy O. Harris, will also premiere at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Polish for &ldquo;eruption,&rdquo; the film follows a sapphic relationship between a Polish florist and a British tourist. The introspective indie drama is also set to premiere at TIFF this fall and stars Lena G&oacute;ra, Will Madden, and Jeremy O. Harris.

Directed by Romain Gavras, this action-adventure satire follows a charity event gone wrong. <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/charli-xcx-marries-george-daniel-1975-wedding-photos">Charli XCX</a> joins a powerhouse ensemble with <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/anya-taylor-joy-no-pants-mcqueen-fur-coat-outfit-nyc">Anya Taylor-Joy</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/chris-evans-captain-america-said-no-turned-down-role-why">Chris Evans</a>, Salma Hayek, John Malkovich, and Yung Lean. It will premiere at TIFF 2025&rsquo;s Special Presentations in September.

Directed by Gregg Araki, this erotic psychosexual thriller follows Elliot as he becomes the sexual muse for provocative artist Erika Tracy. The thriller&rsquo;s packed with an all-star cast: Olivia Wilde, Cooper Hoffman, Daveed Diggs, Mason Gooding, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/chase-sui-wonders-talks-i-know-what-you-did-last-summer-sequel-2025-the-studio-actor">Chase Sui Wonders</a>, Johnny Knoxville, and Margaret Cho. Filming began in October 2024, release date TBA.

<h2>&nbsp;Faces of Death</h2>

Faces of Death, written and directed by Daniel Goldhaber, is a modern reimagining of the controversial 1978 horror docuseries. Starring <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/barbie-ferreira-euphoria-drama-rumors-sam-levinson-season-2">Barbie Ferreira</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/men/dacre-montgomery-video-for-lofficiel-hommes-netherlands">Darce Montomergy</a>, Josie Totah, and Jermaine Fowler, the film follows a YouTube-style moderator who encounters disturbing re-enacted murders online, raising questions about reality and fiction. Release date TBA.

Directed by Aidan Zamari and co-written by Zamiri and Bertie Brandes, the mockumentary-style film follows a pop star preparing for her first headlining tour. Alexander Skarsg&aring;rd, Rosanna Arquette, Isaac Cole Powell, Kate Berlant, and Jamie Demetriou star in the film. Filming began in March 2025, with A24 attached as distributor.

Directed by Cathy Yan, the thriller film is set at Miami&rsquo;s Art Basel and follows a pop star as she prepares for her first headlining tour.
