Imagine this: You're watching a television show with two young teenagers who have always been in love with each other, but still aren't together. After the tension has been building, the two find themselves on an empty beach together, only to kiss. All the while, Taylor Swift's sweet love song "This Love" plays in the background. Or maybe you're watching a movie about a creepy, dystopian society where children are forced to fight to the death. After the movie has ended, a calming, but eerie song, like "Safe & Sound" begins to play. Well, you might be saying to yourself, "I think I've seen this film before." And that's because you probably have.

While singer-songwriter Taylor Swift's music is iconic in its own right, there is something magical about hearing your favorite artist's music while two actors tell a story on the big or small screen. Just like how Swift's song helped create the perfect scene between Conrad and Belly in The Summer I Turned Pretty or just like how Swift's song helped capture the vibe of The Hunger Games, her music has made so many iconic movie and television scenes even more iconic.

With the recent release of the second season of The Summer I Turned Pretty, debuting the artist's re-recorded version of "Back to December" and more, L'OFFFICIEL takes a walk down memory lane to look at other times we've heard Swift's music in movies (or movie trailers) and television shows.
