While the Renaissance Tour has come to an end, it appears that Beyoncé isn't saying goodbye for now to the stage quite yet. According to the New York Post, Beyoncé is currently in talks with James Dolan, the executive chairman of MSG Networks, about headlining a concert at the Sphere in 2024. The residency would reportedly be a $10 million production.

The MSG Sphere in Las Vegas is operated by the same company that owns Madison Square Garden and is an innovative venue that opened in September. Irish rock band U2 is currently having their residency at the Sphere, which ends next February. There is no other act currently on the lineup to follow U2 once their stint ends.

Per The New York Post, Queen Bey's mom Tina Knowles, and the "Cozy" singer's husband Jay Z have taken separate trips touring the state-of-the-art arena.

But, Beyoncé's team has yet to sign the deal.

A source revealed that other iconic musicians are also being considered. This includes Bon Jovi, Paul McCartney, and Lady Gaga.

“We’re having conversations with artists across a wide variety of genres, including discussing runs of varying lengths," Dolan told analysts during an earnings call on Nov. 8. "We expect to host two additional residencies in the [first half of 2024] and look forward to sharing more detail."

The Sphere is apparently making very little revenue from ticket sales alone, but rather generates profits from suite sales and selling advertising space on the LED screens that wrap the inside and outside of the arena. The arena came in at more than $1 billion over budget but has reportedly lost $98.4 million since opening.

A performance by Beyoncé would surely help bridge the gap of the revenue the Sphere has lost.

Whether she's taking residency or not, Beyoncé still has exciting projects in the works following the end of her Renaissance Tour. First, she has her Renaissance Tour concert film that is to be released in movie theatres in December.

She released a trailer on her Instagram, and captioned it, “Be careful what you wish for, ‘cause I just might comply" in reference to her song “All Up in Your Mind."

Queen Bey also announced her newest fragrance, called "Ce Noir." Releasing right on time for the holiday season, shipping will begin in November 2023.

"I wanted something to be monolithic, and I wanted something to have a little bit of intimacy, so right here you can see the soul of the perfume," she said in a video unboxing the perfume. "I actually sprayed this during the show, a few times. You got it keep it fresh.
