Chances are you&#39;ve seen it used out of context (but also kind of in context) everywhere from selfie captions to group chats. From Twitter to <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop%20culture/tiktok-accounts-follow-guide-2019">TikTok</a> and back to Tumblr, the exact meaning of I&rsquo;m Baby is a little hazy, but it&rsquo;s typically used as a commentary on one&rsquo;s childlike naivety.
