In a recent interview, actress <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/gwyneth-paltrow-young-best-90s-style" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Gwyneth Paltrow</a> revealed that she is working to accept her body as the years pass and natural aging begins. </span>"I want to show myself in a more loving way," she said to <a href="https://people.com/style/gwyneth-paltrow-is-working-to-accept-her-body-as-she-ages/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em>People</em></a>.</p>
        <p><span>Paltrow revealed that she is in a constant struggle with her image and despite posting a nude photo on her last birthday, she says she still criticizes herself harshly. Her new Netflix series&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/sex-love-and-goop-gwyneth-paltrow-netflix-tv-show" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em>Sex, Love &amp; Goop</em></a> is a great example of the self-acceptance process as </span><span>five couples navigate their relationships from sexual intimacy to past traumas. </span></p>

      <p><span>As a fan of wellness fundamentals, the actress has avoided drinking alcoholic beverages and bets on <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/wellness/meditation-apps-help-you-relax-headspace-calm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">meditation</a> and foods rich in nutrients. "For me, as I go through the aging process, I realize it's less about, 'Oh, I have this wrinkle, am I going to fix it or not?' and more, 'Do I feel vibrant?'" she explained.</span></p>
      <p><span> Mother of Apple, 17, and Moses Martin, 15, from her previous relationship with Coldplay singer Chris Martin, currently, Paltrow<b>&nbsp;</b>is married to producer Brad Falchuk. </span><span>"I would never want to go back to my 20s, or even my 30s. I know myself, I like myself and I am so grateful for the wisdom that comes with age," she concludes.</span></p>
