The platform, which has won a legion of fans, is one of the biggest trend-setters of the moment, with its stars gaining worldwide prominence and signing deals with big companies like Netflix and Hulu. But who are the highest paid TikTokers at the moment?
According to Forbes, the stars that earned the most on the platform had, in 2021, an increase of about 200 percent of their salaries compared to the year beore, collectively earning $55.5 million. Forbes also reported that some stars of the network may even charge half a million dollars for a post on TikTok.
Among its main highlights are the sisters Charli and Dixie D'Amelio, who reached the $27.5 million mark. Their work today goes beyond producing content for TikTok—the sisters have a podcast, YouTube channel, and now even have their own series for Hulu, The D'Amelio Show, as well as Social Tourist, a clothing brand belonging to the Abercrombie & Fitch portfolio.
