The pair, both considered <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/nepobaby">nepo babies</a>, made their relationship Instagram-official last year. Apatow&mdash;daughter of actress Leslie Mann and director Judd Apatow&mdash;has been in the industry since childhood, first appearing in Knocked Up at just five years old. Meanwhile, Nivola, whose parents are actors Emily Mortimer and Alessandro Nivola, has made a name for himself with roles in White Noise, Eileen (2023), and the latest season of The White Lotus.

The next month, Apatow followed with an Instagram carousel of her own that included snapshots of friends like <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/oliviarodrigo">Olivia Rodrigo</a> and a sweet shot of her with Nivola.

The pair attended <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/burberry">Burberry</a>&rsquo;s Flagship Store Reopening cocktail party in <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/nyc">New York City</a>, and just days later, Apatow and Nivola made another public appearance together at the MoMA Film Benefit.

In an interview with <a href="https://www.vogue.co.uk/article/sam-nivola-white-lotus">British Vogue</a>, Nivola jokingly spoke on he and his girlfriend's roles in ongoing nepo-baby discourse, calling their friendship group &ldquo;some secret cabal of nepo kids who hang out in black robes."&nbsp;

Like any supportive girlfriend would, Apatow accompanied Nivola to The White Lotus Season 3 premiere and the afterparty that followed. Nivola even revealed she flew to Thailand to visit him while they were filming.&nbsp;&nbsp;
