Joe Keery Stranger Things star dated <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/maika-monroe-interview-2018" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Maika Monroe</a>&mdash;who you may recognize from films like&nbsp;Hot Summer Nights, Watcher, and It Follows&mdash;from 2017 to 2022, during which time the couple attended plenty of events, ranging from the Academy Awards to the front rows of fashion shows.&nbsp;
