Josephine Skriver’s heavenly Northern Lights proposal was fit for an Angel
She said yes!
Top model and Victoria Secret Angel, Josephine Skriver, announced the news through her Instagram account, taking the opportunity to share photos of her future husband…and the equally as beautiful proposal location: the Aurora Borealis. “It was a cold November night,” 25-years-old Skriver explains. “Alex [DeLeon] took us to a special spot in Finland to see the Northern Lights on the 23rd – my favorite number and also the day on which his song ‘Aurora Borealis’ (a song he wrote for me) was released.”
Indeed, the photos of the couple in heavy winter clothes suggest that it was very cold that night. However, the surrounding ice and white-tipped mountains did little to overshadow the shine of Skriver’s smile...and engagement ring (a beautiful rectangular diamond).
