Justin and Hailey Bieber Announce Pregnancy After Romantic Vow Renewal

On the heels of a romantic vow renewal ceremony in Hawaii, the Internet's favorite power couple has just announced that they are pregnant with their first child. Wearing a gorgeous, romantic white lace dress by Saint Laurent, Hailey Bieber showed off her brand-new baby bump in style. The couple, who have been married for just over five years, jetted off to Hawaii to celebrate their anniversary and take part in a vow renewal ceremony and finally decided to let the public in on the latest development in their lives. 

The Internet has been all over Hailey for any sign of pregnancy, especially in the last year or so. Every time the model stepped out on a red carpet, Fashion Week event, or Rhode Beauty launch, fans went wild online, speculating when the It girl-model-beauty mogul was finally going to announce that the couple was expecting. Just a few weeks ago, TikTok and Instagram went full conspiracy theory mode after Hailey was spotted wearing several oversized, baggy outfits during her appearance at weekend one of Coachella. Although a pair of loose-fitting joggers or a hoodie isn't usually something to write home about for most celebrities, fans scrutinized Hailey closer, especially given the model's reputation for sporting crop tops and low-rise jeans. 

Then again, this isn’t the first time the Internet thought the Biebers were expecting. Since their 2018 wedding, pregnancy rumors would ensue every couple of months any time Hailey would sport a slew of modest, baggy clothing. Each time, she would shut down the speculations. In a 2022 interview for Wall Street Journal Magazine, for instance, Bieber confirmed that although kids were part of her future, she wasn’t ready yet. “I think ideally in the next couple of years we would try,” she said. “There’s this thing that happens for women when you get married. Everybody always assumes it’s: First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby. Well, what about all the things I want to accomplish in my business? I think I had it ingrained in my head that I was going to want to have kids right away and I was going to want to have kids super, super young. Then I turned 25 and I’m like, I’m still super, super young,” she added.

Although Hailey has spoken in the past about feeling a little young for motherhood, the model and Rhode Beauty founder has also spoken about her excitement for pregnancy. In a 2023 interview with GQ, Hailey said that motherhood "is something that I look forward to. It's also such a private, intimate thing. It's something that's going to come when it comes." 

Evidently, the time has come for the Biebers, and we couldn't be happier for them. With Hailey Bieber's pregnancy, we can expect some top-tier supermodel maternity style, and we're sure that once the time comes, she'll be the most fashionable mother around.
