Though they did not re-kindle their relationship until 2019, Stewart and her now-fianc&eacute; Dylan Meyer first met on a film set in 2013. In an interview with Howard Stern in late 2019, Stewart told the radio host that when sparks flew after reuniting at a birthday party six years later, she thought to herself, &ldquo;Where have you been, and how have I not known you?&rdquo; Stewart also sweetly admitted that just two weeks after their reunion, the pair shared their first "I love you's."&nbsp;

In August 2019, a photograph of the female film experts sharing a sweet smooch seemed to solidify their relationship, and though rumors swirled that Stewart was still linked to Stella Maxwell, a source confirmed to E! News that Stewart and Dylan were in fact together.

In a sweet Instagram photo of her and Stewart sharing a kiss in a photobooth, Meyer confirmed her relationship with the Spencer actress in October 2019. Captioning the photo, &ldquo;Find me under the covers hiding from the happiness police,&rdquo; the pair appeared to be effortlessly in love.

In the previously mentioned interview with Howard Stern, Stewart gushed about her partner and her desire to propose. Stewart told Stern, &ldquo;I want to be, like, somewhat reasonable about it, but I think good things happen fast. It&rsquo;s just, like, when you know, you know.&rdquo;

In yet another heart-warming Instagram post, Meyer wished her &ldquo;absolute favorite person&rdquo; a happy birthday. Captioning the photo, &ldquo;It&rsquo;s my absolute favorite persons birthday and I&rsquo;m wishing everyone the volume of beautiful feeling I feel toward her. It&rsquo;s a short ride on this earth, spend your time with someone that inspired you to be the best version of yourself and lights your shit on fire.&rdquo;

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Meyer reassured the public that her and Stewart were still going strong by allowing her lover to take over her Instagram in light of the 2021 Presidential Election. The caption read, &ldquo;I turned the mic over to Kristen because she had some things to say and doesn&rsquo;t have her own account. Happy&nbsp;#nationalvoterregistrationday! 'For anyone that might need to let out a little aggression today... it is national register to VOTE day.I never do this but for anyone who has not registered to vote please take this opportunity to feel HEARD. In further confirmation that the pair were facing the pandemic together, Meyer posted a laid-back photo of the two playing golf on a sunny December day. Meyer poked fun at her significant other captioning the photo, &ldquo;Obviously, you are not a golfer.&rdquo;

Donning matching purple masks, Meyer and Stewart sport laid back looks for a crisp morning coffee run.&nbsp;

In a tribute to Stewart's birthday and 18 months spent together, Meyer posted a sweet photo of Stewart and their shared pup. Meyer captioned the Instagram post with the loving words, "Life sure is sweeter with this cute little family. Happy birthday, kiddo. You knock my socks off."

In an interview on SiriusXM&rsquo;s The Howard Stern Show, the Twilight actress confirmed her engagement to Meyer, telling Stern, &ldquo;I wanted to be proposed to, so I think I very distinctly carved out what I wanted and she nailed it. We&rsquo;re marrying, it&rsquo;s happening.&rdquo;
