Singer and rapper <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/snl-john-krasinski-phoebe-bridgers-first-shows-2021" target="_blank">Machine Gun Kelly</a>&#39;s relationship with <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/golden-globes-best-looks" target="_blank">Megan Fox</a> has made headlines since they made their union official in&nbsp;summer 2020, but now the couple has taken things to the next level (one only reached in recent memory by <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/angelina-jolie-opens-up-about-the-struggles-of-motherhood-children-movies" target="_blank">Angelina Jolie</a> and Billy Bob Thornton) by revealing that he wears his girlfriend&#39;s blood as jewelry. In an Instagram post on <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/how-celebrities-celebrated-valentines-day-2021-instagram" target="_blank">Valentine&#39;s Day</a>, the Tickets to My Downfall artist&mdash;born Colson Baker&mdash;shared a photo of the lovebirds followed by an image of a necklace with a drop of blood in it. He&nbsp;captioned the post, &quot;i wear your blood around my neck.&quot;

Fox co-starred in Baker&#39;s music video for his song &quot;Bloody Valentine,&quot; the title of which seems incredibly apt given this&nbsp;recent news. Since going public with their relationship status, the couple has often been spotted&nbsp;gushing over each other in public. Baker even released a <a href="https://machinegunkelly.manheadmerch.com/" target="_blank">merch collection</a> earlier this month with photos of the two kissing on the front of different pieces of apparel. The pair is also set&nbsp;to appear together in their new movie&nbsp;Midnight in the Switchgrass, which concluded filming in late summer.

The actress was previously married to Beverly Hills, 90210 actor Brian Austin Green. They share three sons: Noah, Bodhi, and Journey. Baker also has a daughter, Casie, from a prior relationship.
