Sebastian Stan's Complete Dating History

Sebastian Stan has played everyone from a bionic superhero to a rockstar to a cannibal onscreen, and his fanbase is committed to watching every new appearance. His most recognizable role has been as Bucky Barnes, also known as The Winter Soldier, in Marvel's Captain America and Avengers movies. Consistently appearing in Marvel films from 2014 to 2021, he will allegedly appear in two upcoming Marvel projects in 2025: Captain America: Brave New World and Thunderbolts.
Stan's career is much more extensive than the Marvel movies, though. In the midst of his continual contributions to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he appeared in award winning drama films The Martian and I, Tonya. He has also explored the realm of horror and thriller movies with starring roles in Fresh, a cannibal movie co-starring Daisy Edgar-Jones, and A Different Man. He's even explored romance with Endings, Beginnings, a 2020 movie featuring a love triangle between Stan, Shailene Woodley and Jamie Dornan.
He has gained plenty of public acclaim over the years for his talent across genres, but he has also been gaining critical acclaim. After playing Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee in the 2022 Hulu series Pam & Tommy about Pamela Anderson's complicated relationship with Tommy Lee, Stan recieved a Golden Globe nomination, an Emmy Award nomination and a Critics' Choice Award nomination.
Stan initially gained popularity as an actor in the early 2000s after playing Carter Baizen in the hit television series Gossip Girl. While on the show he dated his co-star Leighton Meester, and Meester isn't the only co-star that Stan was romantically linked to over the years. Most recently, Stan is dating Peaky Blinders actress Annabelle Wallis. Leighton Meester
In true Hollywood love story fashion, Stan and Meester fell for each other in real life after their characters fell in love on Gossip Girl. The couple dated from 2008 to 2010, but eventually broke up. Stan always spoke highly of Meester, and this early relationship is perhaps still his most public. In 2009, People reported that Stan said Meester is "the most interesting, sophisticated, talented and an extremely funny person that I know. She's really hilarious."
Dianna Agron
After breaking up with Leighton Meester, Stan briefly dated Glee star Dianna Agron from July to December of 2011. She was spotted leaving Stan's apartment, which initially sparked the dating rumors. After breaking up, they had a quick reunion in early 2012 for a Valentine's Day meal, but they didn't seem to rekindle the relationship.
Jennifer Morrison
Also in 2012, Stan guest starred in the second series of ABC's Once Upon a Time series as the Mad Hatter. While filming the show, he dated his co-star Jennifer Morrison, who played the lead character of the show, Emma Swan. Their whirlwind romance ended in 2013, about a year later.
Margarita Levieva
Stan first met actress Margarita Levieva in 2009 when they both acted in the romcom movie Spread, but they didn't start dating until six years later in 2014. Levieva is known for her role in Allegiance and the TV series Revenge. The couple dated for about two years, eventually breaking up at some point in 2016. They were often spotted out and about on walks in NYC together. Neither of them commented on the breakup. Throughout their relationship, they posted about each other frequently on social media, making birthday shout-outs and romantic nods to their dates together.
Alejandra Onieva
Stan and Alejandra Onieva, a Spanish actress, first sparked dating rumors in the summer of 2020 after paparazzi photos caught them kissing on a yacht in Ibiza. Their relationship was mostly private as they lived through the COVID-19 pandemic together, although they each shared a couple of meaningful social media posts about each other, talking about the experience of living through a pandemic as a couple. There has been no confirmation about when the couple officially broke up, but Onieva last posted about Stan on Instagram in November of 2021.
Annabelle Wallis
Dating rumors between Stan and Peaky Blinders actress Annabelle Wallis began after the pair were photographed together at Robert Pattinson's birthday party in May of 2022 in a since-deleted Instagram post. Wallis had recently broken up with Chris Pine. On the whole, their relationship has been kept entirely under wraps besides the occasional rare spotting of the couple in NYC and their recent red carpet appearance together at this year's Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of Stan's movie The Apprentice. Most recently, Stan and Wallis were spotted by paparazzi on a vacation in Rome, Italy with Wallis's family, still going strong after more than two years together.
