Bella Hadid Lists SoHo Penthouse for $6.5 Million
The model bought the bachelorette pad just last June.
After snatching up the property last June for just over $6 million, Bella Hadid is letting go of her New York City pad. While the model spent a majority of the pandemic at her family's ranch in Pennsylvania, both Bella and her sister Gigi have been spotted in Manhattan over the last few months for work and other engagements. Now, the 24-year-old is saying goodbye to her spacious pad, to the tune of $6.5 million.
The place was built in 1877 and converted into condos in 2016. Even after several renovations, the space still maintains the integrity of its industrial roots, now complete with a more modern aesthetic. Bella purchased the penthouse from Joe & The Juice founder Kaspar Basse who oversaw many of the apartment's recent updates.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment features several customized installations, includes an encased walk-in closet, a backlit wine room, automated lighting, and high-end audio and visual capabilities throughout the home. Outside, embrace the outdoors on the roof deck, just a few stories above the city streets. The south-facing terrace is large enough to entertain guests or hold a small yoga class. It's a New Yorker's escapist paradise.
