As for its legality, it’s a bit complicated. Items containing CBD oil can be easily procured from both online and physical stores wherever recreational ­marijuana is allowed, while in some states, CBD sales are allowed though marijuana isn’t fully legalized (yet). Elsewhere, CBD products can be ordered online and delivered to your home, although technically, any form of weed is illegal federally. But it’s only a matter of time before legislation catches up with interest and demand for cannabis goods of all types.
