The Party Collection: The Celebration of Joy by Valentino
Maison Valentino presents its holiday collection and inaugurates a new installation in the Valentino boutique at via Montenapoleone in Milan.
A celebration of the community and the codes of the Maison in conversation with the joy of the holiday season, the Valentino The Party Collection is an explosion of enthusiasm, creating combinations of Valentino Garavani clothes and accessories that demonstrate the need to go back to showing off clothes for personal desire. Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli translates the gradual return to life with a collection that celebrates the end of the year holidays. The starting point is the pleasure of wearing clothes worth showing off. Everything shines through the stylistic codes of the Maison: the boundaries between couture and prêt-à-porter disappear, the process of re-signification continues, the VLogo is celebrated together with the Valentino Garavani accessories.
As with the Valentino Rendez-Vous Spring/Summer 2022 fashion show, the wardrobe is renewed with floating feathers, lurex, precious embroidery, reflective materials, and storms of sequins. Sparkling looks coexist perfectly with more urban combinations. In the wardrobe for Valentino's holiday season, there is the desire to embrace fun, be together, and dress without fear.

THE VALENTINO THE PARTY COLLECTION CAMPAIGN
Joyful and bubbly. The protagonists of the Valentino The Party Collection campaign are dedicated to traditional party activities. Wrap gifts, decorate the house, put on a nice dress, and take pictures together—small gestures that the pandemic has taught us to value again.
INSTALLATION IN THE MONTENAPOLEONE BOUTIQUE
The Valentino collection comes to life in boutiques. The spaces change by necessity, as well as by the poetics of dressing. They are transformed with color block scenarios structured with bright colors of fuchsia and silver. The set-ups take up the design of the '70s and wink at the atmosphere of Studio 54. Various Valentino Garavani accessories are also showcased in 100 percent recycled acrylic racks, developing new creative and conscious displays.

Interpreted with an exercise in lightness, the collection renews its collaboration with the card game We're Not Really Strangers. Conceived and founded by model Koreen Obiney as a game to be played in a group, WNRS (which in its abbreviated form sounds like "Winners") poses reflections to initiate meaningful conversations between people. For the holidays, greeting cards are presented with introspective questions and resolutions for the new year. It's an ideal approach to rediscover yourself and reconnect with family and friends.
