More than three years after Azzedine Alaïa’s passing, the Belgian designer has been appointed to helm the legendary brand.

Joining Maison Ala&iuml;a is Pieter Mulier&rsquo;s absolute dream.

After working for <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/calvin-klein-new-campaign-set-in-space" target="_blank">Calvin Klein</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/thomas-brodie-sangster-celine-homme" target="_blank">Celine</a>, and <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/vintage-maison-martin-margiela-collection-auction-sothebys" target="_blank">Maison Margiela</a>, Matthieu Blazy appears to have joined <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/bottega-veneta-spring-2021-daniel-lee-secret-collection" target="_blank">Bottega Veneta</a> as a senior designer, assisting <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/bottega-veneta-off-social-media-instagram-luxury-fashion-strategy-tik-tok" target="_blank">Daniel Lee</a>, the Creative Director.

Will he join Mulier at Ala&iuml;a? Only time will tell.

We&rsquo;ll be there to admire his creations. Mulier make his debut with the House for the Spring/Summer 2022&nbsp;season.
