HBO Max’s Gossip Girl reboot will be returning on Thanksgiving Day for the second part of the first season and, judging from the show's latest trailer, the second act is bigger, better, and even juicier. Amidst the Insta-fame, money, and affairs, Gossip Girl continues to chronicle the lives of Manhattan’s most privileged Constance Billard and St. Jude’s students.

The show's first part began with the rebirth of the iconic and all-knowing Gossip Girl, an online gossip hound revived by a band of overwhelmed and underappreciated teachers. To return the much-needed social order to the Upper East Side campus, GG became the revealing source of rumors, secrets, and skeletons in the closet. However, in the second part, even the teachers cannot control GG’s viral increase in influence.

Part 2 continues with the growing divide between it-girl Julian (Jordan Alexander) and her estranged sister Zoya (Whitney Peak), indefinitely placing Julian’s ex-boyfriend, Obie (Eli Brown) in the middle. As fans may remember, Part 1 concluded with Julien and Obie's secret reunion. However, in the trailer, it seems their brief rendez-vous will have some majorly unforeseen consequences.

Speaking of love triangles, things are heating up between the possible thrupple Audrey (Emily Alyn Lind), Aki (Evan Mock), and Max (Thomas Doherty). Audrey and Aki’s sexual frustration in Part 1 continues to take an unconventional approach, including possible new romances on the side.

But, as everyone knows, with Gossip Girl, nothing stays a secret for long. In Part 1's final episodes,  Max broke off his toxic—and highly inappropriate— relationship with his St. Jude's teacher, Rafa (Jason Gotay). While Rafa thwarted Max's attempt to share the news with GG, the truth is certain to come to the surface soon enough.

Rounding out the group is Luna (Zión Moreno) and Monet (Savannah Smith) who is seen with a stylish new red hairstyle. While viewers didn't see much of them in Part 1, fans will have to wait and see if they play a larger part in the upcoming episodes.

Part 2 of Gossip Girl premieres on November 25 streaming on HBO Max.
