As the year comes to an end, there are still plenty of movies and TV shows that are set to be released in December. From the return of Jennifer Lawrence to the final installment of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man trilogy, audiences will get to witness some epic moments on screen this coming month.

Silent Night

Silent Night focuses on a family’s last Christmas dinner together as they await their impending doom. This dark comedy film features an ensemble cast that includes Keira Knightley, Lily-Rose Depp, Roman Griffin Davis, Matthew Goode, and more.

Silent Night is set to hit theaters on December 3. 

Money Heist

The crime drama series is set to release part two of its fifth season in early December. This is the final part of the critically-acclaimed Netflix series, and several of these final episodes will focus on the heist crew's plan to escape from the police. 

Money Heist season 5 volume 2 premieres on Netflix on December 3. 

And Just Like That

Sex and the City fans will reunite with the beloved Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda Hobbes, and Charlotte York as they navigate through life in their 50s in the upcoming revival. Besides Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis stepping back into their iconic roles for the new series, other characters from the original show are expected to make an appearance in the first season. 

And Just Like That premieres December 9 on HBO Max.

West Side Story

This adaptation of the classic stage musical, directed by Steven Spielberg, brings the rivalry between the Jets and the Sharks back to life on the silver screen. The movie musical stars Ansel Elgort, Rachel Zegler, Ariana DeBose, and Rita Moreno—the original Anita from the 1961 film.

West Side Story hits theaters on December 10. 

Spider-Man: No Way Home

After his identity is revealed to the world, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) seeks help from Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to restore his secret identity, only things don't go according to plan. The final installment of this Spider-Man film series will introduce Marvel's "multiverse" and bring back several villains from the previous Spider-Man franchises, including Dr. Otto Gunther Octavius, Green Goblin, and Lizard. 

Spider-Man: No Way Home hits theaters on December 17. 

Emily in Paris

A second season of Emily in Paris is coming this December, and actress Lily Collins will once again be portraying Emily Cooper in the Netflix comedy series. From love triangles to grandiose parties, there will be plenty of new characters and conflicts for Emily to encounter this season. 

Emily in Paris season 2 will be released on Netflix on December 22. 

The King’s Man

The third installment and prequel of the Kingsman film series revolves around the origins of the British organization and a mission to stop some of the world's largest criminal masterminds from wiping out the population. The film features Ralph Fiennes, Harris Dickinson, Stanley Tucci, and Djimon Hounsou. 

The King's Man premieres in theaters on December 22. 

Don't Look Up

The much-anticipated Netflix film directed by Adam McKay features some of Hollywood's biggest celebrities, including Leonardo DiCaprioJennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Cate Blanchett, Timothée Chalamet, and more. As a comet hurdles towards earth and threatens to end all of humanity, two astronomers are determined to save the planet. 

Don’t Look Up hits select theaters on December 10 and will be available to stream on Netflix on December 24.

The Tragedy of Macbeth

Directed by Joel Coen, this adaptation of Shakespeare’s Macbeth—a tale filled with murder, prophecies, and madness—stars Denzel Washington and Frances McDormand as Lord and Lady Macbeth.

The Tragedy of Macbeth will be released in theaters on December 25. 

The Book of Boba Fett

Starring Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen, The Book of Boba Fett follows the story of bounty hunter Boba Fett and assassin Fennec Shand after claiming the territory formerly ruled by Jabba the Hutt. This standalone spin-off from The Mandalorian will contain new adventures, foes, and other threats throughout its first season. 

The Book of Boba Fett premieres December 29 on Disney+.
