The physical appearance of a superhero is difficult to achieve, and no one knows this better than Robert Pattinson. In a recent interview, the 35-year-old actor told People that he trained for three months before filming for The Batman began, in addition to starting a strict diet. "I had about three months before the movie started, and then you're working out before and after work all the time," he said.

Shortly before shooting began, Pattinson began reducing his meals. "You just cut down and cut down and cut down before the couple of scenes with your shirt off, and you're counting sips of water," he said. "Shame is my biggest motivation. Completely," Pattinson joked.

Zoë Kravitz, who plays Catwoman in the new film directed by Matt Reeves, praised Pattinson's performance as the new Bruce Wayne. "He's amazing. His transformation is something out of this world," she said. The actress also teased an "emotional journey" for her character in the film.

However, Kravitz, too, had an intense training regime to prepare for the film, specifically her character's iconic costume. In an interview with Elle, Kravitz explained, "Obviously, you want to look good in a catsuit, but I wanted it to be realistic that I’m able to do anything in this film. So I had to be strong."
