Some may love <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/men/jacob-elordi-street-style-fashion-essentials-shop" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jacob Elordi</a> for his role at Nate in <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/everything-we-know-euphoria-season-3-zendaya-plot-trailer-spoilers-cast-release-date" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Euphoria</a>, while others may be obsessed with his current portrayal as <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/priscilla-presley-young-elvis-wife" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Elvis Presley</a> in the newly released <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/cailee-spaeny-gigi-hadid-miu-miu-runway-tips-priscilla" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Priscilla</a> film. But for fashion enthusiasts, it's not the acting that we can't stop thinking of &mdash; rather his impeccable taste in designer handbags.
This isn't a one-and-done affair, anytime Elordi is photographed by the paparazzi, he is consistently spotted with a trusty designer handbag slung across his chest. Singlehandedly beating the allegations that men only like to use their pants pockets, Elordi has carried around fashion's most coveted bags, including <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/chanel-tweed-high-jewelry-collection-fall-2023" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Chanel</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/bottega-veneta-spring-summer-2024-milan-fashion-week-runway-images" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bottega Veneta</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/celine-spring-summer-2024-runway-images" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Celine</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/beauty/louis-vuitton-new-myriad-fragrance-perfume" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Louis Vuitton</a>, and the list goes on.
So what's the reason behind Elordi's clear love for designer bags? It's actually much simpler than you think.&nbsp;

In an <a href="https://www.gq-magazine.co.uk/article/jacob-elordi-interview-2023" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interview with British GQ</a>, Elordi shares it's not intentional and rather decided from a practical standpoint.&nbsp;
"It&rsquo;s not so deliberate. I lose stuff a lot," he said. "Where I grew up, we had a culture where you wore bum bags, fanny packs&hellip;When I leave home, I need to have a certain thing from every category with me in case I get bored &ndash; a book, a notepad, rolls of film, a camera, a pen. My mom just bought me a pocket watch that I keep to Australia time, so I always have that."
He also highlights that his It bag collection has been curated from gifts, meaning not one of these bags he has ever bought himself.
&ldquo;I never bought a bag,&rdquo; he said when asked if there was a first bag he bought that initiated his designer handbag tirade. "Maybe that should be something that is exposed about <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/famous-celebrity-children-young-hollywood" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hollywood</a>."
"All these people think, I wish I had that lifestyle," he continued. "I mean, yes, to get them for free &ndash; that&rsquo;s great. What a great lifestyle. But people that have all this money aren&rsquo;t spending it. You just get sent stuff. It blows my mind."
Free or not, Elordi's rise to becoming one of Hollywood's foremost fashion men and handbag enthusiasts will continue to satisfy the world's X (formerly known as Twitter) timelines and <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/fashion-tiktok-accounts-to-follow-style-inspiration-influencer" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TikTok</a> feeds. 
And as he prepares for his upcoming role in Paul Schrader&rsquo;s&nbsp;Oh, Canada&nbsp;(which is currently in the middle of filming), we are sure to see more new handbags grace his arms and be added to the extensive It bag collection &mdash; be it from off-duty paparazzi moments or the eventual press tour.
