Tate McRae Announces 2025 Tour, Drops New Single
The Canadian artist announced her 50-stop tour alongside "2 hands," her new single that comes with a sensual and choreographed music video.
Tate McRae is closing out the year with a bang and getting ready for something big.
The Canadian artist dopped a new single Thursday evening dubbed “2 hands,” along with a sensual and choreographed music video, on Thursday evening. It offers just a taste of McRae’s upcoming third studio album, So Close to What, which is scheduled to release on February 21, 2025. The new record will reportedly dive deep into themes of self-discovery and finding stability. It's available for pre-order on her store, where fans can also shop exclusive merchandise.
McRae also announced she's touring in 2025. The "Miss Possessive Tour" currently has 50 dates slated, and it'll kick off on March 18, 2025 in Mexico City. On Instagram, the 21-year-old shared her excitement about her journey creating new music and wrote, "Another dream come true… making this album has been the most beautiful and exciting journey."
The "you broke me first" singer's global tour will span across South America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America. It'll show in major cities like São Paulo, London, Amsterdam, Prague, New York, and Nashville. The tour will conclude on September 26 in Los Angeles at the Kia Forum. Zara Larsson will join her on tour for all North American dates. Benee will accompany her across Europe and the U.K.
American Express is offering pre-sale tickets for card members starting November 19. Otherwise, general sale begins 11 a.m. local time on November 22 in the U.S. V.I.P packages will also be availalbe for purchase.
