Tying the knot on November 19, 2022, at one of the most famous residencies in the United States, the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/travel-living/jill-biden-white-house-2021-christmas-decorations" target="_blank" rel="noopener">White House</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/politics-culture/politicians-kids-social-media-claudia-conway-naomi-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Naomi Biden</a> married her fianc&eacute; Peter Neal. She met Neal in 2018 through a mutual friend, and the pair got engaged in 2021. The two reside with <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/politics-culture/jill-biden-classic-style-future-first-lady" target="_blank" rel="noopener">First Lady Jill Biden</a> and <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/politics-culture/michelle-obama-sergio-hudson-inauguration-joe-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">President Joe Biden</a> at the White House.&nbsp;

Naomi is 29 years old and is the eldest daughter of Hunter Biden and his ex-wife Kathleen Buhle, and <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/meaning-of-american-politicians-style-jill-biden-kamala-harris" target="_blank" rel="noopener">President Joe Biden&rsquo;s</a> first grandchild. She was named after her late aunt, who died in a car crash at 13 months old. She grew up in Washington, D.C.,&nbsp;and studied at the University of Pennsylvania where she focused her studies on international relations. After graduation, she attended Columbia Law School and is now an international arbitrator associate at the law firm Arnold &amp; Porter.

Her fianc&eacute; Peter Neal grew up in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. In 2015, he was an intern at the White House during <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/politics-culture/photos-of-young-barack-obama-birthday" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Barack Obama&rsquo;s</a> Presidency. After a year, he eventually worked on <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/politics-culture/hillary-clinton-young-photos-husband-bill" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hilary Clinton&rsquo;s</a> 2016 presidential campaign. He is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania from Carey Law School and works at Georgetown's Law Center. He proposed to Naomi in September 2021 in Jackson Hole.
Naomi, who played an important role in her grandfather&rsquo;s run for the oval office, married Neal on November 19, 2022, at the White House. This was the first wedding at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue since 2008 when Jenna Bush and Henry Hager got married during her father's administration.

While Biden and her husband keep their lives relatively private, she has had a couple of public appearances since her wedding. Earlier this year in February, Biden attended New York Fashion Week, sitting front row at the Simkhai Fall/Winter 2023 show. Most recently, she attended a state dinner at the White House that was hosted for the official visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.&nbsp;
In May, First Lady Jill Biden and Finnegan Biden, Biden's younger sister, were in attendance at <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/best-fashion-moments-king-charles-coronation-looks-royal-family-queen-camilla" target="_blank" rel="noopener">King Charles' coronation</a>, but Biden was absent from the momentous occasion.
