Amanda Bynes is released from her nine-year conservatorship and has finally revealed what projects she has in the works.

After nine years of seeing her life, career, and finances being managed by her mother, former actress Amanda Bynes is celebrating the end of her conservatorship. "Words can't even describe what I'm feeling. It's wonderful news," she said. Bynes had to accept these new conditions under the conservatorship in 2013 when she was admitted to a psychiatric facility after allegedly causing a fire in a neighbor's garage in California.

Known for starring in iconic 2000s teen movies such as She's the Man and Easy A, the star filed a statement this year claiming her ability to be stable and showing up-to-date medical records about her mental health. Receiving the support of fans, friends, and family for this decision, Bynes thanked, "Following the judge's decision today to terminate my conservatorship, I would like to thank my fans for their love during this time. I would also like to thank my attorney and my parents for their support over the past nine years."

With the end of the conservatorship, Bynes intends to buy an apartment with her fiancé of two years, Paul Michael. In addition, she announced that she will invest in her own line of perfumes. "For the past few years, I've been working hard to improve my health so that I can live and work independently. I will continue to prioritize my well-being in the next chapter. I'm excited about my upcoming projects—including my fragrance line—and I'm looking forward to sharing it with everyone as soon as possible," said Bynes.
