Though the next Super Bowl is many months away — in February 2024 to be exact — social media users have already flocked to the Internet asking the most important question: Who is headlining the Super Bowl 2024 Halftime Show? Rumored contenders have already been thrown around to the masses, though none of these celebrities have been confirmed.
Following Rihanna's performance for the 2023 Halftime Show in which she sang numerous throwback hits and announced she's pregnant with her second child, the bar has been set immensely high for the 2024 headliner. Typically, the official headliner is announced around September or October, which means we should finally find out if any of the rumored performers were actually true. But for those of us who can't wait until then, we'll continue to speculate for the fun of it. From Bad Bunny to Miley Cyrus, here is a breakdown of the rumored performers for the Super Bowl 2024 Halftime Show.
Bad Bunny
Bad Bunny has been subject of the rumors that he is performing for the 2024 Halftime Show, though none of this has been confirmed. Whether or not the rumors are true, there's no question that has garnered an immense fan base, among Spanish and non-Spanish speakers alike. It's not often the Super Bowl taps in a Latin artist, which would make him an ideal choice if the goal is to attract a wider audience to tune in.
Miley Cyrus
Miley Cyrus has also had her name thrown around as a potential headliner, in which fans have expressed the utmost excitement at the possibility she's in the running. She has plenty of past singles and albums for a substantial setlist, not including her new single "Used To Be Young," which releases August 25. Having been in the limelight since she was a child and maintained her fan base throughout the years, there's no question millions of viewers would tune in to see her performance.
Harry Styles
Harry Styles' name has been in the rumor mill for months regarding being the headliner for the Super Bowl 2024 Halftime Show. And while there's no doubt he would attract an incredible amount of viewers, that rumor has more or less been shut down, according to an insider who spoke to Hits Daily, who said the chance of Styles taking part is "less than zero."
Jack Harlow
For rap fans, Jack Harlow's name has made the list of rumored contenders. Again, the speculation is nothing more than that as none of this is confirmed. While he hasn't been in the game for nearly as long as Styles or Cyrus, he unquestionably has a devoted fan base and a unique sound that would translate well for a headlining performance.
