Maye Musk Wants You to Live Longer with Timeline Nutrition's Mitopure
The 73-year-old model, author, and dietician is the new spokesperson for Timeline Nutrition's cellular health products.
Centuries ago, Juan Ponce de León traveled across the Atlantic Ocean from his home country of Spain to the coast of what we now call the state of Florida in search of the Fountain of Youth, a mythical totem whose waters supposedly restore one's youth. While Ponce de León was unsuccessful in his search, five centuries later, scientists have constructed a new product that achieves a similar result—minus the magic and mysticism.
Timeline Nutrition, a cellular health company, wants to help people live longer. With the help of their new spokesperson, Maye Musk (the mother of billionaire Elon Musk), the brand has set out to share the data behind their product with the masses.
Prior to her full-time modeling career, Maye worked throughout most of her adult life as a dietician. As a result, the 73-year-old has the background to comprehend detailed scientific data and relay the information in laymen's terms.
Said Musk, “I don’t endorse dietary supplements, because most of them lack rigorous scientific evidence, but Timeline Nutrition is different. It’s backed by over 10 years of research [and] multiple clinical studies which show that it works.”
Pardon the science, but to explain how the product works, you have to get cellular. In high school biology, everyone learns that the mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell. That's where your body produces energy (also known as ATP) to keep your organs running and your muscles moving. However, over time, mitochondria begin to break down and deteriorate, which can account for the decrease in energy one feels as they age.
To combat this, Timeline Nutrition is formulated using a purified form of Urolithin A called Mitopure. Urolithin A is a nutrient found in pomegranate that has been shown to nourish and repair mitochondria, thus supporting one's cellular health and boosting the body's energy level. But rather than eating pomegranates morning, noon, and night, 500 mg of Mitopure packs six times the amount of Urolithin A found in a single glass of pomegranate juice.
Mitopure is available in two forms: the bestselling Mitopure powder which can be mixed into yogurt, smoothies, water, etc. as well as the new Mitopure Softgels which offer the same benefits in a capsule form.
Mitopure products are sold exclusively on the Timeline Nutrition website. Both the powder and the capsules are available for $100 per month or $1020 for a yearly supply.
