Gigi Hadid's Family Wants Zayn Malik to Go to Rehab
After announcing the end of their six-year relationship, Gigi Hadid's family is asking the former One Direction singer to seek rehab therapy.
Last week, outlets reported that Gigi Hadid's mother Yolanda accused her daughter's boyfriend Zayn Malik of physical aggression. It was later confirmed that the singer and the model decided to end their relationship after six years together.
Now, Gigi's family is asking Malik to seek rehab therapy. A source close to the Hadid family told The Sun that the model's family has been concerned for some time with the singer's behavior. "It's no secret that he loves smoking marijuana, but his daily habit seems more important than socializing. He's been open about his anxiety issues over the years and that's a big cause for concern," commented the source.
With the recent controversies, even Malik's career is shaken, as his record label RCA dumped him on account of the episode involving the assault on Yolanda. The singer even shared a statement on his social media accounts denying the incident and asking for privacy at this time.
